Today in Numeracy we introduced symmetry in shapes, objects and all around us. In our outdoor learning this afternoon the P4 children were asked to find items and sort them into two categories, symmetrical or asymmetrical. The children noticed that it was very easy to find asymmetrical items but much harder to find symmetrical ones.
